Refund policy

 

All products at Zehra & Khadija are handmade and primarily custom-made. Therefore, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, size issues, colour differences, or any other reason. All products are inspected before dispatch to ensure minimal error.

Incorrect Product Delivery

A return or replacement will only be accepted if we have delivered the wrong product.

If an incorrect product is received:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the product received.
  • Once verified, we will arrange collection (if required) and send the correct product.

No refunds are offered. Only replacement with the correct ordered product will be provided in cases where an incorrect item was delivered by our team.
