Ready-to-wear orders are generally dispatched within 7–8 business days following payment confirmation.
Wedding formals, bridals or other customised articles may take longer, for which timelines are communicated to the client directly.
Orders processing may be delayed on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery Charges

Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated and displayed during checkout.

Delivery time begins after dispatch and may vary depending on the courier and destination.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, customers will receive tracking details after dispatch.
